Your own table, your own pace. A personal session for couples, families or friends.
Lunch 10.30am · Dinner 5pm
Join a hands-on Balinese cooking class built around fresh produce from our own garden and neighbouring farmers. Grind your own base genep, cook five to six dishes, then share the meal together.
Prefer something quieter? Weave your own ketupat from young coconut leaf.

In about two hours you'll learn to prepare base genep, the foundation spice paste of Balinese cooking, then use it to cook five to six traditional Balinese or Indonesian dishes, dessert included. Then we sit together at one table and eat what you made.
