Do I need cooking experience?+
No. Classes suit beginners and advanced cooks alike.
How long is a cooking class?+
About 2 hours. You prepare base genep, cook 5 to 6 traditional dishes including a dessert, then eat together.
Which languages do the chefs speak?+
Our instructors speak French and English.
What is the minimum group size?+
A private class needs at least 2 participants, and a group / sharing class at least 4.
What does the ketupat class include?+
You learn 3 types of ketupat weave from young coconut leaf, take your piece home, and enjoy coffee or tea with Balinese cake. It is an open class from 10am to 5pm.
