Cook Balinese beside new friends, then share one long table.
Pound your own base genep, cook five to six traditional dishes with dessert alongside other guests, then share the meal you made together. Guided by chefs who speak French and English.

Cook together, eat together.
This is a shared class, so you cook alongside other guests and trade ideas at the stove. You start by preparing base genep, the foundation Balinese spice paste, then cook five to six traditional Balinese or Indonesian dishes, dessert included, with fresh produce from our garden and nearby farmers.
When the cooking is done, everyone sits at one long table to enjoy what you made. Beginners are welcome, and experienced cooks can go deeper into technique.
